PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproducing method by which a user can easily recall photographing time, a function of a photographic print or a display image is improved, and the photographic print or the display image which corresponds to the preference of the user and rich in amusing property can be provided to the user. SOLUTION: When reproducing and outputting a photographed image as a visible image, photographing information constituted of at least a photographing position is obtained, and additional information related to the obtained photographing information is obtained by retrieving and selecting it out of additional information accumulated in a database beforehand using the photographing information. When reproducing the obtained additional information while adding it to the photographed image, the additional information is information concerning an object and/or a photographing spot specified from the additional information stored in the database beforehand based on the photographing information and map information, and the object is specified by pattern matching between the photographed image and a three-dimensional picture created based on the photographing information and the map information.
