PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable safe and easy use of equipment connected to a network. SOLUTION: A first processing part 30 comprises an input part 40 accepting an identifier for identifying a user and a password for verifying that the user is a user permitted to access, a third storage part 57 storing the identifier, the password, an identifier for identifying the user at a transmitting destination of information, and a password for verifying that the user is permitted to access at the transmitting destination of information in conformation with each other; a network interface 50 communicating information; and a request part 48 controlling the network interface 50 so as to transmit information accepted by the input part 40, the identifier for identifying the user at the transmitting destination of information and the password for verifying that the user is permitted to access at the transmitting destination of information.
