<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector for performing a test using both of an electromagnetic wave and an infrared ray and visible light or an ultraviolet ray, and to provide a testing device. <P>SOLUTION: The testing device 1 includes an RF wave source 4 for transmitting an electric wave, a reflector 2 reflecting the electric wave from the RF wave source 4, and an electric wave sensor 31 arranged at a positively facing position to the reflector 2. The electric wave is detected by the electric wave sensor 31 by reflecting the electric wave from the RF wave source 4 on the front face of the reflector 2. In addition, the testing device 1 includes an IR wave source 5 for transmitting the infrared ray, a selective window 21 having electric wave reflection characteristics and infrared ray transmission characteristics and arranged in a reflection face of the electric wave of the reflector 2, and an infrared ray sensor 32 arranged at a positively facing position by sandwiching the selective window 21 to the IR wave source 5. The infrared ray from the IR wave source 5 transmits the selective window 21 from a rear face side of the reflector 2 to be detected with the infrared ray sensor 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
