PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a joint area of images inconspicuous in an inkjet recorder. SOLUTION: An image data forming section 7 forms nozzle image data of each of CMYK colors. A white judgment section 9 judges whether or not the nozzle image data in a sub-scanning direction is not greater than a white threshold by each processing unit on the basis of the white threshold for judging a ratio of white set by a white threshold setting section 8. When the judgment result is white, the judgment result is stored in a white judgment result temporal memory section 10 by being correlated with a nozzle number of an inkjet recording head 5. The nozzle numbers of 'n' nozzles of which the judgment results are continuously not greater than the white threshold by all the colors by referring to the white judgment result temporal memory section 10, are obtained. A CPU 1 separates scan data to be recorded at once from the nozzle image data by using the 'n' nozzles of the above nozzle numbers in the inkjet recording head 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
