PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase alternating-current motor, such as a fork lift motor, wherein iron loss (loss) caused by magnetic flux around lead wires can be reduced without incurring increase in cost. SOLUTION: Lead wires 18 in three phases for supplying three-phase alternating-current power to a three-phase alternating-current motor 11 are pulled out through a single lead wire outlet hole 17 formed in a bracket 24. Or, the lead wires in three phases may be pulled out through a single lead wire outlet hole, so that the centers of their respective cross-sections are positioned at the apexes of an equilateral triangle.
