PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor which can be set up certainly in right directions at mass production even if chamfering forms are the same on the side of magnetization and on the side of demagnetization so that it may be more suitable for mass production, and besides where the chamfering depth on the side of demagnetization becomes larger than the chamfering on the side of demagnetization without fail, besides being a rotor which has a claw-shaped magnetic pole constituting a Lundel-type rotor having claw-shaped magnetic poles different in form. SOLUTION: It becomes possible to materialize the above rotor by constituting an engaging part so that it may regulate the position of the engagement between the projection provided in a cylindrical field winding holder arranged at the center of the Lundel-type rotor having claw-shaped magnetic poles different in form and the recess provided in the above claw-shaped magnetic pole.
