PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device, image forming apparatus, color conversion method and computer program in which color correction is performed by table reference. SOLUTION: The color conversion device is provided with a one-dimensional LUT computation section 351 which switches a one-dimensional LUT to be used on the basis of an area identification signal inputted from the outside and uses the switched one-dimensional LUT to perform non-linear correction, and a three-dimensional LUT computation section 352 which performs interpolating operation using weighting computed on the basis of an RGB signal outputted from the one-dimensional LUT computation section 351 and a color correction value acquired from a three-dimensional LUT.
