PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microstrip antenna for satellite broadcast reception which is capable of minimizing signal attenuation. SOLUTION: The microstrip antenna includes: a dielectric substrate wherein a polarization part for all receiving a circularly polarized signal and a linearly polarized signal, with respect to a satellite broadcasting signal, equally with or higher than a preset gain is formed on an upper surface and an RF radiation patch part for extracting and transmitting a signal of a frequency band preset to the received signal is formed on a lower surface; and a ground plate constituted of a conductive material on which a plurality of projections are formed and the projections are coupled to the lower surface of the dielectric substrate so as to be coupled to the dielectric substrate at fixed intervals. According to the present invention, signal attenuation can be minimized in comparison with a microstrip patch antenna which is installed in a conventional mobile for receiving a satellite broadcasting signal.
