PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet satisfying fitness of an indirect and dry electron photographic type printer. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer on at least one face of a base surface material. The adhesive layers can be adhered by treating them with strong force in a state in which the adhesive layers are facing to each other and the adhesive layers are released between the adhesive layers after adhesion. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the base surface material comprises base paper and a coated layer comprising a pigment and a binder resin as main components on at least on one side of the same, the surface of the coated layer has predetermined luster and surface flatness and the base surface material has predetermined air permeability. The sheet is prepared by installing a drawing printed/a letter printed layer on the surface of the coated layer, subsequently coating an adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acryloyl group-containing radiation-curing component (A), a (meth)acrylic copolymer (B) having a predetermined weight average molecular weight and Tg and/or a photoinitiator (C) on the drawing printed/the letter printed layer and forming the adhesive layer by hardening with radiation to form the adhesive layer.
