PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser which gives good cleansing effects, does substantially not affect natural environments, human bodies, and the like, has high convenience on use, can be provided at a relatively low cost, and can also be led to the effective utilization of resources. SOLUTION: This cleanser is obtained by mixing a bamboo ash extract obtained by extracting water-soluble ingredients from ash by-produced on the production of bamboo charcoal with a bamboo charcoal extract obtained by extracting water-soluble ingredients from the bamboo charcoal.
