A flat tire ( 2 ) according to the present invention includes a load support layer ( 12 ) positioned on an inside in an axial direction of a sidewall ( 6 ). The tire ( 2 ) further includes a belt ( 14 ) constituted by an inner belt ply ( 40 ) and an outer belt ply ( 42 ), and a full band ( 16 ) substantially covering a whole surface on an outside in a radial direction of the belt ( 14 ). The full band ( 16 ) is formed by a cord and a topping rubber. When a tensile load of 50N is applied, the cord has an elongation of 3.0% or less. The tire ( 2 ) may include a center band which has a smaller width in the axial direction than the width of the full band ( 16 ) and is laminated on the full band ( 16 ) in the vicinity of an equator (CL). |
