<p>The invention relates to a guiding structure (4), which is designed for being supported by a floating support (2) and for guiding, in proximity to the sea level, conduits (3) connecting the seafloor to said support (2), and which comprises a longitudinally extending cage (5) and a connecting element (12) designed for cooperating with a complementary connecting element (13) that is supported by the support (2) whereby forming a swivel connection that connects the cage (5) to the support (2).
