Display stand with mobile panels for wall and floor tiles and method for controlling the movement of these panels. This consists in an arrangement of an assembly formed of a coupling means between the belt or equivalent means of traction and the panel, able to temporarily house a ball under the pressure of a spring, which is located between two sets of resilient stops, so that stopping the motor allows the panel to be moved by a manual effort taking the ball out of the housing for said ball in the part connected to the panel.
