<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide remote operation control system and on-vehicle remote operation control device, suitably providing information according to the purpose of use among vehicle information including the operation result of the on-vehicle device to which a remote operation request is given. <P>SOLUTION: In this remote operation control system, the on-vehicle device is remote-operated according to a request for remote operation, which is transmitted from a portable remote terminal 22 carried by a vehicle user through a center 24 to the on-vehicle device 20 of a vehicle. On receiving the remote operation request from the center 24, the on-vehicle device 20 transmits at least the operation result of the remote-operation of the on-vehicle device and the cause of failure to the center 24, and the center 24 classifies the vehicle information transmitted from the on-vehicle device 20 by the purpose of use for the vehicle user, the shop and the vehicle maker, and stores the same in a database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
