<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bony fish-packaged pouch excellent in taste of bony fish and also preservability of its flavor/color tone. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a bony fish-packaged pouch comprises the following process: sealing bony fish in an oxygen-absorbing container obtained by using oxygen-absorbing multilayer film comprising a sealant layer made of thermoplastic resin, an oxygen-absorbing layer made of a thermoplastic resin composition formulated with a deoxidizer, and a barrier layer made of gas-barrier substance at least as part thereof; and subjecting the bony fish to retort cooking at F value of ≥10 so as to preserve the bony fish. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
