<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a dispatch and receipt state of postal matter with a dispatch source and a destination of the postal matter as targets by a server of a postal service provider. <P>SOLUTION: In the server, a postal matter state management table recording the dispatch and receipt states of a plurality of dispatch sources and destinations is managed in a lump by a database. When accessed from an information communication terminal of the dispatch source or the destination, contents of the postal matter state management table at that time point are notified.
