PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure adequate auxiliary capacitance (Cs) and to improve a pixel aperture ratio in a light transmission type flat display apparatus equipped with a conductive layer pattern for forming auxiliary capacitance (Cs). SOLUTION: A pixel electrode 61 is formed on a thick type resin film 5. The auxiliary capacitance is provided by a first transparent conductive pattern 39 on a gate insulating film 15 in a lower side of the thick type resin film 5, and a second transparent pattern 19 in a lower layer than the gate insulating film 15. The second transparent conductive pattern 19 is directly stacked to an auxiliary capacitance line 12 and made conductive. An edge section of the transparent conductive pattern 39 is directly stacked on a source electrode 33 of a thin film transistor (TFT) 7 without providing a contact hole. In an area where the second transparent conductive pattern 19 overlaps with the auxiliary capacitance line 12, contact holes 41 and 51 through which the pixel electrode 61 and the first transparent conductive pattern 39 are made conductive are provided and an island shape pattern 35 including a semiconductor layer is provided on the gate insulating film 15.
