PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber type air conditioner capable of preventing over-cooling and chilling in cooling intermediate time, that is, in the rainy season, and capable of improving performance of cooling operation and reheating and dehumidifying operation. SOLUTION: In the multi-chamber type air conditioner, a refrigeration cycle is constituted by connecting an outdoor unit having a compressor 1, a four-way valve 2 and an outdoor heat exchanger 3, and a plurality of indoor units 7a and 7b by a refrigerant pipe.
