PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized elastic coupling which prevents a bolt member from dropping out and enables an easy assembling. SOLUTION: The rotation of a first rotary shaft is communicated to a second rotary shaft connected by a second coupling body via a first coupling body connected to the first rotary shaft, a pair of bolt members fixed with nut members at both sides of an axis line of the first rotary shaft in a first connecting part of the first coupling body, engaging with a first plate and being fitted with an elastic member, the elastic member, and a pair of bolt members fixed with nut members at both sides of the axis line of the second rotary shaft in a second connecting part of the second coupling body, engaging with the second plate and being fitted with the elastic member. The vibration of the second rotary shaft is absorbed by the elastic member and communication to the first rotary shaft is avoided.
