PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil which can be formed with a good pitch accuracy and a high pitch and can be inexpensively manufactured, and also a current sensor using the coil. SOLUTION: Coil lines 2 are formed in a zig-zag form as a whole so that a conductor 6 is formed on the inner surface of each of deformations 4 parallelly formed on one side surface of an insulating base 1 between its both ends, and that one end of the conductor 5 is electrically connected to one end of the adjacent one-side deformation 4, and the other end of the conductor 5 is electrically connected to the other end of the adjacent other-side deformation 4 on the surface of the insulating base 1 between the adjacent deformations 4, 4.
