PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure for an air-conditioning equipment effectively applied to a gymnasium whose floor panel receives the load and impact and a double floor structure of floor blow-off air conditioning/cooling and heating equipment. SOLUTION: The invention, wherein cold/warm water circulating pipes are arranged on a rear side of the floor panel supported by a plurality of supporting legs on a base floor, includes sleeper members laterally placed via supporting legs on the base floor, joist members placed on the sleeper members for supporting the floor panel, angle supporting members with a plurality of chevron-shaped portions extending between the sleeper member and the floor panel and supported by the sleeper member to be placed at the side of the joist member, gutter-shaped members supported by the top part of the angle supporting members for housing the cold/warm water circulation pipes and side/upper heat-transfer parts covering both sides and upper open part of the gutter-shaped member. The cold/warm water circulation pipes has a space from the upper heat-transfer part covering the top part of the gutter-shaped 1 member while an upper face of the heat-transfer member contacts a rear face of the floor panel.
