The present invention is related to a method of transforming a pre-determined force or pressure pattern on a lid element (30, 50, 70, 80) through said lid element (30, 50, 70, 80) onto a second element (38) having a planar or non-planar surface (32). According to a first method step an optimized preformation-shape of said lid element (30, 50, 70, 80) and/or said second element (38). At least one of said elements (30, 50, 70, 80; 38) is preformed according to said optimized preformation-shape using a primary shaping or reshaping technique. Said lid element (30, 50 70, 80) is connected to said second element (38) after application of an external force at at least one predetermined force application point (36) by mechanical fastening or generating an adhesive bond between said elements (30, 50, 70,80; 38).
