The gearbox has a drive shaft (44) coupled to an energy source, and output shafts (46, 62) connected with rear wheels and front wheels, respectively. Two connection arrangements (50, 58) are arranged between the output shafts, and connect with each other, when one of the arrangements is coupled to the shaft (62). The drive shaft drives the arrangements and transmits energy on the output shaft (62). An independent claim is also included for a method of overcoming of arrangement necessities with a use of transfer gearbox.
