The binding has a base (2) with two plates (10, 11) to receive sole of a shoe. An assembling disk (5) is situated in a central part of the base. The plates partially cover themselves, where each plate presents an adjustable longitudinal position. A screw (25) crosses the two plates at their respective front and back parts (14, 16) to anchor the plates simultaneously, in the disk of the base. |
