FIELD: production of multi-layer building products, including thermo-isolating and construction-thermo-isolating products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for producing multi-layer building product includes mixing components of concrete mixture with water, positioning of mixture in form with forming of first construction layer of product, positioning of layer of granulated polystyrene of steam-isolating layer of roll material on basis of organic linking component, positioning in steam-isolating layer of small-grain concrete mixture with forming of second construction layer of product, closing of form with lid and thermal processing of product with foaming of polystyrene and hardening of concrete. Introduced into composition of concrete mixture is gas-forming admixture, during mixing cold water is used, foam-polystyrene is taken in form of partially foamed granules, thermal processing of product is performed at temperature, providing for starting expansion of concrete mixture of first and second construction layers, with following increase of temperature up to value, providing final foaming of granules of polystyrene of thermo-isolating layer and hardening of concrete. ^ EFFECT: improved thermo-physical characteristics of produced multi-layer products, while providing for reliable engagement between layers, and also increased structural quality coefficient of manufactured products. ^ 9 cl, 1 tbl, 9 ex |
