PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of ensuring consistency of information on a network by specifying a processing termination time of a job processed by a plurality of apparatus connected to each other without hindrance to network traffic or processing performance with comparatively simple configuration.

SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus which manages the job processed on the network, periodically collects job history information including at least the job processing termination time, from an external apparatus, and periodically collects at least one of the present time and an elapsed time from the start on the external apparatus side as time information from the external apparatus, and further counts time set to a device body. The information processing apparatus uses the collected time information to correct the job processing termination time included in the job history information collected by the job history information acquiring means, on the basis of the time set to the device body.
