<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument for transfusion allowing a user to connect an indwelling needle to an infusion tube only by the right hand while pressing the needle insertion position of a patient by the left hand in such a way as not to be hardly detached with the miniaturized connection part, and capable of being easily fixed without applying the pressure pain to the patient. <P>SOLUTION: A recess part is formed on the inner surface of a base barrel 2 of the indwelling needle 1, and a projection part to be engaged with the recess part of the base barrel is formed on the outer surface of a distal end tube 5 of the infusion tube 4. Reversely, the projection part may be formed on the inner surface of the base barrel of the indwelling needle while the recess part to be engaged with the projection part of the base barrel may be formed on the outer surface of the distal end tube of the infusion tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
