<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating, three-dimensionally cut and fashionable mask capable of preventing entrance of viruses and pollens, permitting easy respiration without leaving the trace of a rubber band on the cheeks by solving problems of a straight-cut mask wherein the respiration is hard, wherein the trace of the rubber band is left on the cheeks and wherein the exposed part of the cheeks is felt cold as the mask is directly attached to the face of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pockets A, B and C are connected and folded to the inner side of the mask 1, and a hole 3 smaller than a shape-keeping member is formed in each pocket on the inner side to insert the shape-keeping member 2 into the pocket on the inner side in contact with the face of the user. The left and right side edges of a mask body is cut in the shape of a flat plane with the center part overhanging in the circular-arc shape, and gathers 5 are formed along the overhanging side edges. The side edges are contracted to be straightened to make a three-dimensional form, and are connected to side members of the face.
