<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for liquid crystal panel capable of simultaneously solving the occurrence of uneven coating and the occurrence of uneven drying, and to provide a color filter and a liquid crystal panel using the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for liquid crystal panel comprises a binder resin, a surfactant and a solvent, wherein the contact angle θ(degree) of a droplet of the resin composition with a clean glass surface and the surface tension σ(mN/m) of the resin composition satisfy the following formulas (1), (2) and (3); θ≤5×(σ<SB>0</SB>-σ) (1), σ≤σ<SB>0</SB>-1 (2), θ≤15 (3).
