PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate multicast addresses within a local area network by stream servers without involving configuration changes or particular servers.

SOLUTION: In accordance with at least one identifier of data to be transmitted to addresses, at least a part of multicast addresses and/or associated port numbers is determined.
