PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming apparatus which satisfies both of the improvement of tailing and the removal of the variation of transfer voltage by AC voltage, and its fixing bias output circuit. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with a drum 1 for charging an image carrier, an exposure part for forming an electrostatic latent image on the drum 1, a developing part for developing the electrostatic latent image to be a toner image, a transfer part for transferring the toner image to recording material, and a fixing part for fixing the toner image on the recording material by holding and conveying the recording material between at least a heating member 100 and a pressure member 11 having an elastic layer and feeding AC voltage to the heating member. The fixing part is equipped with a bias voltage generation part 20 for applying bias voltage to the surface of at least either the heating member or the pressure member, and a conduction circuit for connecting the surface of the heating member or the pressure member with the bias voltage generation part.
