PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small surveillance camera which can be fixed to a door provided with a door scope or to a window glass from the inside of a room or a vehicle, and to provide its fixing method. SOLUTION: The surveillance camera 10 is fixed to a door 3 having a door scope 31 or to a window glass 4. A pinhole camera 1 outputs a video image obtained through a pinhole 1a. A fixing member 2 for fixing the pinhole camera 1 removably has a flat portion 21 which can be stuck to the door 3 or the window glass 4. A securing portion 22 consists of a pair of securing pieces 22a and 22b and the pinhole camera 1 is secured such that the side provided with the pinhole 1a can approach the flat portion 21 or can recede therefrom.
