PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency communication device capable of making contact with a necessary contact place even when a mobile communication terminal is not carried in case of emergency or when it is difficult to use it. SOLUTION: When designated operation such as depression of a transmission button 16 is done, a CPU 11 executes a control program in a main memory 12 to start sending an emergency signal etc. The CPU 11 reads contact place report information (information on an emergency contact place terminal 4) from a contact place report information holding portion 131 of a storage device 13, and sends at least the contact place report information, position information detected by a GPS 14, time information, etc., from a short-distance communication control portion 15 to a nearby emergency repeating device 2.
