摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate deviation in a SINR time variation characteristics among mobile stations when the number of antenna elements of an array antenna of base stations is small and sufficiently ensure an instantaneous variation amount in the SINR time variation characteristics. SOLUTION: The beam control apparatus includes: a phase control variable arithmetic means for calculating a phase control variable given to a signal transmitted from an antenna element 11a-2; and an angular velocity fluctuation function arithmetic means for calculating an angular velocity variation on the basis of an angular velocity fluctuation function, and the angular velocity fluctuation function arithmetic means is provided with a beam control section 15 for calculating a variation amount per unit time of the phase control variable on the basis of an angular velocity resulting from summating the angular velocity variation to a fixed angular velocity.
