PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply and drain system of construction machinery which enables liquid supply and drain work and maintenance work of liquids such as a fuel, operating fluid, engine oil, cooling water or the like, which are necessary to operate each part of the construction machinery such as a hydraulic excavator, to be performed promptly and easily. SOLUTION: The liquid supply and drain system is provided with arms 29, 29, a liquid supply and drain part 41, an ascent/descent part 42, and a cylinder 31 for ascent and descent. The arms 29, 29 are connected to the lower part of the turning body 4 of the construction machinery so that the arms 29, 29 can rotate in the up-down direction, and the liquid supply and drain part 41 fixed to the arms 29, 29 supplies and drains the liquid necessary for the operation of the construction machinery. Then the ascent/descent part 42 is fixed along the arms 29, 29, and the cylinder 31 for ascent and descent connected between the arms 29, 29 and the turning body 4 side displaces the arms 29, 29 between the housing position and the liquid supply and drain position. The housing position houses the liquid supply and drain part 41 and the ascent/descent part 42 in the rear of the interior of the turning body 4, and the liquid supply and drain position is lowered from the turning body 4 toward the rear side.
