<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the turn-around of adhesive, avoid ill effects of the turn-around of extra adhesive, prevent the shaping accuracy degradation of a housing, and eliminating machining processes to have a reduced cost. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid bearing devices R1, R2 each comprises a bearing sleeve 8 adhered and fixed to the inner periphery of the housing 7, a shaft member 2 inserted into the inner periphery of the bearing sleeve, and a radial bearing part using a fluid lubricating film produced in a radial bearing gap for supporting the shaft member in no radial contact. The housing is formed by the injection molding of a resin.
