摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new charbroiled sausage looking delicious and having deep taste in a sausage production process. <P>SOLUTION: This charbroiled sausage has scorch on a sausage surface by a solidification heating treatment after casing filling for sausage, a deep frying treatment with a fryer after peeling casing and a charbroiling treatment.
