PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that nonvolatile memory devices are too costly to mount in less expensive models of the natural light-emitting device.

SOLUTION: This printing information storing device used in a natural light-emitting device having of natural light-emitting elements arranged in a matrix on a substrate has (a) a maximum value detector to find out the maximum value of the printing information for every pixel in the volatile memory when the power is turned off, (b) a numeric calculator to obtain the number for converting the maximum value of the printing information into the maximum value expressible in the bit width of the nonvolatile memory, (c) an information converter to convert the printing information of each pixel into the printing information for storing by the calculation using numeric values, and (d) a storing section to store the printing information for storing and the numeric values used for this calculation in the nonvolatile memory.
