<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for various signs such as, for example, road signs for repairing a sign displaying a writing part of characters and symbols or figures written on the surface of, in particular, the sign and a base other than the writing part by different colors, respectively, to repair easily and inexpensively without exchanging a display panel on the surface of a sign and replacing the whole sign even if the sign is deteriorated due to a change with age. <P>SOLUTION: In this sign repair method for displaying the writing part 12 for characters and symbols or figures written on the surface of the sign and the base 11 other than it by different colors, respectively, a repair film 13 having the same color as at least either of the writing part 12 and the base part 11 and having translucent is bonded to surfaces of the writing part 12 and the base 11 to cover these parts and then a part corresponding to the writing part 12 or the base 11 of the repair film 13 is cut out and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
