PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively and accurately detect information on a comfortable feeling from a user in a sleeping state and to perform appropriate air-conditioning control according to the comfortable feeling. SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 is provided with a measuring means 2 for measuring the physiological amount of a human body and indoor environmental temperature and humidity, an air conditioner body part 5, and a processing means 3 for controlling the operation of the air conditioner body part 5. The processing means 3 comprises an arithmetic part 31 acquiring measured values of the measuring means 2 in every predetermined sample cycle and obtaining a hot/cold feeling predicted value by operation based on the measured values, an air-conditioning control parameter storage part 32 storing air-conditioning parameters determined according to a hot/cold feeling scale associating an indoor environment state with the comfortable feeling sensed by the human body, and an operation control part 33 applying the hot/cold feeling predicted value to the hot/cold feeling scale to acquire the predetermined air-conditioning parameter from the air-conditioning control parameter storage part 32 and to generate an air-conditioning control signal.
