<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely take up the bottom side part of the maxillary sinus mucosa, to fill an alveolar bone material between the alveolar bone and the maxillary sinus mucosa and to easily, surely and safely form a base to perform implant in the case that a vertical distance from the alveolar bone peak to the maxillary sinus bottom is short. <P>SOLUTION: Three tubes are inserted and connected inside the (transverse) cross section diameterϕ3 mm of a catheter with a balloon made of rubber, a check valve 4 is mounted on each of the three tubes, a three-way cock 5 is mounted thereafter, and a piston type injector 6 is connected to the end of the three-way cock. For the catheter, the balloon/A of (a) at a distal end part is connected to a tube 1, the balloon/B of b is connected to a tube 2 respectively, and a jetting hole 3S (180-degree direction difference) positioned between (a) and b is provided and connected to one end of a tube 3. An air pressure is sent out to the tubes 1 and 2 by the injector 6, saline 11 is sent out to the tube 3, the maxillary sinus mucosa 22 of the maxillary sinus bottom is deformed along a cavity 20, replacement with the alveolar bone material 12 at the balloon parts (a) and b is performed, and the implant 15 is performed to the raised alveolar bone 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
