<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous feed method in dehumidification of compressed gas capable of performing continuous re-operation even at abnormal stopping of a device and continuously feeding a product gas, and a dehumidification apparatus of compressed gas. <P>SOLUTION: A drying step for introducing the compressed gas to one of two adsorption columns 10, 20 filled with an adsorbent and delivering a dried gas, and a regeneration step for introducing a part of the dried compressed gas to the other adsorption column, desorbing a moisture content from the adsorbent and discharging it to regenerate the adsorbent are performed in parallel. The dried gas is continuously delivered by substantially alternately performing the drying step and the regeneration step between the two adsorption columns 10, 20 and suction valves 12, 22 provided on the respective adsorption columns 10, 20 respectively and opening/closing-driven by the compressed gas are operated to perform control of suction. When abnormal disconnection of a power source is generated, feeding of the compressed gas for opening/closing-driving the two suction valves 12, 22 is stopped and the operation is re-started from the same state as that at disconnection of the power source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
