<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat-treating device bringing a powdery or granular material to an objective raw material to be treated and accurately heat-treating the raw material in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This inexpensive heat-treating device having high energy efficiency has such a mechanism that an extruder for a powdery or granular raw material is composed of a barrel bearing application of pressure and shearing for the raw material and an exit nozzle bearing flow rate adjustment, blades are each attached to the screw outer side of the barrel and a cylinder inner side, and the extruded raw material is sheared between the blades. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
