PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the allowable speed of a bearing, prolong lifetime thereof increase, efficiency thereof and decrease cost thereof by efficiently supply lubricating oil while securing strength of resin retainer. SOLUTION: The resin retainer 4 includes recess part 10 prompting flow of lubricating oil between a pocket 5 and an adjoining pocket 5 in circumference direction. Consequently, lubricating oil coming from inner diameter side easily flows in an inside of the bearing since flow thereof is prompted by the recess part 10, rollers 3 and each surface of races 1, 2 are sufficiently kept wet. Consequently, lubrication performance of the bearing is improved and bearing life is extended. Moreover, since cooling effect is improved when heat generation gets large, an effect to suppress rise of temperature of the bearing at a time of high speed operation of the bearing is provided. On the other hand, since large thickness can be secured around the rollers 3, retainer strength is high as compared with a retainer shape thinning whole plate thickness. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
