PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive trap circuit which has an excellent characteristic, and fine-adjustment of which is easy, and to provide a mixer employing the trap circuit. SOLUTION: In the trap circuit configured to connect a parallel resonance circuit comprising a capacitor and a coil to a transmission path via a capacitive reactance, the one terminal of the capacitive reactance is connected to the resonance circuit and the other is capacitively coupled to the transmission path as a free end, and the capacitive reactance is configured to be a jumper wire covered with an insulator, and a very small capacitance which is freely variable is formed.
