PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfort type safety tire capable of enhancing the calmness etc. of the tire during regular running and continuing safe running even if the tire gets a flat tire owing to a cut or the like. SOLUTION: The tire 1 has the ratio Kv/SH≤2.0, where Kv in N/mm is the vertical direction rigidity in the condition that the tire set on a rim 2 is filled with the specified internal pressure and SH in mm is the height in the tire section, and a number of hollow particles 11 consisting of a continuous phase made of a resin and independent bubble surrounded thereby and able to make thermal expansion are encapsulated by pressure in the tire air 3 bounded by the tire 1 and the rim 2.
