A machine is intended for application of polymeric labels made of continuous labeling tape on the containers with water, beverages, beer, juices etc. It contains a driving vacuum drum 14, conveyor forsupply and removal containers, device for separation containers, devices for supply of labeling tape from the bobbin to the drum surface, application of glue on its surface and for cutting the labeling tape into separate labels, concentric to vacuum drum rolling plate and device for stabilization of the containers in the section between vacuum drum and outlet part of the conveyor. The latter is made in the form of vertically oriented driving roll with two sprocket gears located at a distance from each other. Contact bushings are located on their arms with possibility of free rotation around vertical axes. At least, one of sprocket gears is installed on driving roll with possibility of adjusting its position relative to driving roll in radial and vertical directions. This design ensures "pickup" of containers by arms of sprocket gears in the area of its outlet from vacuum drum, its strict positioning in vertical plane and reduction of its linear speed to the value, which is slightly smaller than the speed of the movement of conveyor. Each of sprocket gears is made in the form of a disk with figured cuts on its periphery and with openings for the axles of contact bushings. End of rolling plate, which adjoins stabilization device, is executed with T-shaped lug, being symmetrical to longitudinal axis of rolling plate. Length and height of cuts from above and from below of lug are such that at displacement of driving roll from sprocket gear in the direction perpendicular to the motion of conveyor for removal of containers the axes of sprocket gears could be located from above and from below this lug of rolling plate. |
