<p>A Compound represented by the following formula (1) or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof which is useful for treating Paget's disease of bone, hypercalcemia or osteoporosis.
In the formula, R 1 is a C 2 -C 10 alkyl group, or a C 7 -C 15 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C 1 -C 6 alkyl group, a C 1 -C 6 alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group; and R 2 is a C 1 -C 10 alkyl group, or a C 7 -C 15 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C 1 -C 6 alkyl group, a C 1 -C 6 alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group.</p> |
