The invention relates to a method and installation for cleaning cereal grains, particularly wheat. Cleaned and moistened wheat is moistened once again on the surface thereof, and the outer hulls are removed in a hulling machine ( 20 ). Afterwards, the dehulled cereal grains can be ground and polished. |
