An inhalable medicament (A) comprises a combination of 6beta,7beta-epoxy-3beta-hydroxy-8-methyl-1alphaH,5alpha-H-tropanium salt 2,2-diphenylpropionate ester anticholinergic agent(s) (I) and EFGR kinase inhibitor(s) (II), optionally together with auxiliaries. An inhalable medicament (A) comprises a combination of tropane derivative anticholinergic agent(s) of formula (I), corticosteroid(s) (II) and beta-mimetic agent(s) (III) (optionally in the form of enantiomers, enantiomer mixtures or racemates, or solvates or hydrates), optionally together with pharmaceutical auxiliaries. X- = monovalent anion, preferably chloride, bromide, iodide, sulfate, phosphate, methanesulfonate, nitrate, maleate, acetate, citrate, fumarate, tartrate, oxalate, succinate, benzoate or p-toluenesulfonate.
